Visual language is not about a simple one-to-one relationship between visual element and message. In combination of elements like colour, letterform, graphical shapes, proportion, tone, texture and imaginery, can either magnify their individual qualities or conflict.

If any organization wishing to communicate through a visual medium needs to realize that, irrespective of the words they use, independents of the descriptive content of the pictures used to illustrate their message, the visual language in which the words and images are clothed is projecting a message of its own.

There must be a consistent usage of visual language and text supporting each other to achieve consistency in brand personality.
